About Spingarn Secondary School
The Joel Elias Spingarn high school is a public school located in Columbia, USA. It was named after Joel Elias Spingarn (1875-1939), a writer and educator from America. He invents the Spingarn Medal which is awarded annually to African Americans who have achieved outstanding achievement.
